Thank you for shopping with Khaleeji Rashguards. Please review our shipping rules and timelines below.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. (Priority orders placed before 2 PM are often delivered the same day)
Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Options (UAE Only)
Standard Shipping – FREE
• Delivery in 8–12 business days
Express Shipping – AED 30
• Delivery in 4–5 business days
Next Business Day – AED 35
• Delivery on the next business day after processing
Order before 3PM, otherwise it will be in two business days
(Orders placed earlier in the day have higher chance of next-day delivery)
Same Business Day – AED 70
• Same business day delivery, depending on order time and courier availability
Order before 10AM, otherwise it will be next business day
(Orders placed before cutoff time have the highest chance of same-day delivery)
Note: Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your emirate and courier workload.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking may take a few hours to activate.
4. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
• Incorrect address
• Missed delivery attempts
• Courier delays
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
• Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
• Provide your order number and any available photos or courier messages
We will coordinate with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We currently ship within the UAE only.
