Return & Refund Policy — Khaleeji Rashguards

Thank you for shopping with Khaleeji Rashguards. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund rules below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene and athletic safety, rashguards, spats, shorts, and compression wear that have been worn or tried on extensively cannot be returned.

• Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

2. Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or want a different size, we offer size exchanges based on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  We will replace the item at no additional cost.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and to protect all customers, the following items cannot be returned:

• Worn or washed athletic apparel

• Items with deodorant marks, stains, or odors

• Items without original tags or packaging

• Clearance / final-sale items
